The LTC Paul J. Constantino Scholarship for Service and Leadership is a prestigious award offered to a deserving student who is currently enrolled in the University of San Francisco's Army ROTC program.

Academically eligible (2.5+ GPA)
No academic holds on account
No academic referrals
No discipline action on Academic or Personal Record
Voluntary participation or Contracted with Army ROTC at USF
