The Constantino Family Foundation (CFF) is excited to introduce Microgrants, designed to empower community leaders and foster immediate impact in our neighborhoods. We are committed to supporting the next generation in acquiring the skills, education, and experiences necessary to serve their communities effectively.

How It Works

Microgrants of $500 will be offered on a rolling basis. These grants are intended for 501(c) organizations or educational institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area that can demonstrate a pressing community need aligned with the CFF values of education, public service, and community.

Application Process

Applications should be concise and clearly articulate the purpose and expected outcomes of the proposed project in 250 words or less. Applicants must provide their contact information, organization details, and confirm their 501(c) or eligibility status. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, there is no deadline.

Selection Criteria

Applications will be reviewed on an ad-hoc basis using a scoring matrix to ensure a fair and efficient process. The Foundation prioritizes proposals that demonstrate clear community benefits and uphold high ethical standards.

Get Involved

We encourage eligible organizations to apply and join us in making a significant impact.

2025 Community Microgrant Recipients

  • Burlingame Parks and Recreation

The Constantino Family Foundation is proud to support Burlingame Parks and Recreation with a microgrant for STEAM learning kits. This initiative enriches the camp’s summer programming for children ages 5–12 by integrating hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Through small-group sessions using KiwiCo Education kits, campers build creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. This project aligns with our mission to inspire curiosity and strengthen foundational STEM skills in young learners.

  • Richmond Neighborhood Center

The Constantino Family Foundation is proud to support the Richmond Neighborhood Center’s food security program in partnership with Alamo Elementary School. This initiative provides weekly groceries, tailored to family size and cultural preferences for families in need, helping them meet basic needs while removing barriers like transportation and time off work. By embedding food distribution within after-school pick-ups, the program ensures dignity, accessibility, and real impact. Our funding sustains this critical service through the school year, strengthening health and stability for students and their families.

  • Burlingame High School

The Constantino Family Foundation is proud to support Burlingame High School’s initiative to empower high school students as they prepare for college. This program supports rising seniors, offering extra support, college readiness workshops, mentorship, and team-building events. Monthly gatherings foster leadership, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. Our funding helps strengthen academic and social support, setting students up for long-term success in post-secondary education and beyond.
