Our inspiration
Paul was a lifelong champion and proponent of the power of education, and the opportunities it affords. During the Vietnam War, Paul launched "Operation Education" to educate fellow Soldiers serving along the DMZ. He served on the faculty at the College of San Mateo from 1975 to 1995, primarily teaching business and law. He was an avid reader, represented multiple Universities at college fairs across San Mateo County during the 2000s, and collected books to donate to local non-profits and libraries.

Behind our logo icon
This primary icon for the brand is meant to be seen as a whole but when broken up into pieces, each piece represents a piece of the brand or the inspirations behind the brand.
The two half arches on the top and bottom of the circle representing 2 hands being held.
The circle & arrows resemble a compass or the feeling of moving forward with opportunities much like what we hope to provide for Bay Area youth and what Paul provided to other soldiers during the Vietnam War.
The top left holds a topographic map, representing the legacy of Paul on the family and on the community while also tying in a map that moves towards the essence of direction and movement.
The bottom left of the circle has a laurel which traditionally represent knowledge and learning.
The top right is meant to be an abstract illustration of a book. Books were a massive part of Operation Education’s story.
Lastly, you can see the initials C & F if you look closely enough on a half circle and the cross points of the arrows.
A lasting good
Drawing from this legacy, the Constantino Family Foundation serves the greater San Francisco Bay Area by providing scholarships and grants to local youths applying to Universities, trade schools and other professional development or educational endeavors.
